Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any services provided by Jabless Telco Services Limited, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.

Provision of Services

Jabless Telco Services Limited provides telecommunications and related digital services on an “as‑is” and “as‑available” basis. The specific service requested would be provided in a separate engagement letter with details of how it would be provided. We may modify, upgrade, suspend, or discontinue any service at our discretion and without prior notice.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, comply with all applicable laws, and use the services only for lawful purposes. Misuse of the services may result in suspension or termination.

Professional Rules and Statutory Obligations

Jabless Telco Services Limited operates in accordance with all relevant industry standards, regulatory requirements, and statutory obligations. We acknowledge that the federal government of Canada has regulatory and oversight powers over telecommunications, and are committed to abide by the terms. Clients must not request or encourage any action that would breach these professional or legal duties.

Fees and Payment

Our fees are computed on the basis of time spent on the job, and the level of professional input and material used on the job. All fees for services must be paid as agreed. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all payments are non‑refundable.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jabless Telco Services Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

Confidentiality

We will maintain the confidentiality of client information except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to deliver our services. Clients must also protect any confidential or proprietary information received from Jabless Telco Services Limited.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws applicable in British Columbia, the jurisdiction where Jabless Telco Services Limited operates. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of British Columbia.
